All around is greenery and bright, colourful flowers tumbling from pots. If you should manage to summon up a bit extra energy, there is also a tennis court where you can expend it again, and get back to the main business of relaxation. When you're ready for a bit of exploring, just 20 minutes away is the Temple of Apollo Hylatis, one of the most important historical sites in Cyprus. Car hire is recommended to make the most of the region. Back at the hotel, at the Ammos restaurant enjoy modern healthy, delicious, and original Mediterranean dishes with home-produced olive oil; herbs from the gardens; meat, fish, poultry and vegetables from carefully selected local producers all served up with fine local, Greek and French wines.
